Registered Dental Assistant

Susan joined us in December 2022 after completing the Dental Assisting program at Carrington College. She’s an Oroville local and we’re lucky to have her! She says she loves how friendly all of the staff are despite the practice being a good size, and enjoys the modern atmosphere here.

In her free time she loves spending quality time with her family, going on hikes, shopping, and going on family road trips!

Brittany

Registered Dental Assistant

Brittany is a registered dental assistant and has been with Oroville Gentle Dentistry since 2014. She was born and raised here in Oroville. Cosmetic dentistry has always been a passion of hers and we are glad to have her as a member of our team. The best part of the job to her is being able to help you craft your perfect smile. Outside the office Brittany loves to spend time with her family; whether that means going to her girls’ dance competitions, spending time at home making things on her Cricut, or taking her son to his numerous sporting events.

Wesley

Dental Assistant

Wesley joined us in March 2022 after completing the Dental Assisting program at Carrington College. Originally from Paradise, she’s come back home to join us here at Oroville Gentle Dentistry. She says she loves how much compassion our team shows for our patients and the values the office lives on a daily basis.

In her free time Wesley loves going on hikes, riding dirt bikes with her daughter, and spending quality time with her family!

Sierra

Front Office

Sierra joined our office in the early part of 2022 and loves how encouraging and supportive everyone has been! She says patients always feel comfy and welcome when they walk in, and loves how the office is set up!

When she’s not a work, and not busy being a mom, she loves playing softball, painting, and singing in the church worship team!

Jordan

Dental Assistant

Jordan joined us in 2022 and has come to love how our team operates! She completed the dental assisting program at Unitek and the Dental Assisting/Pre-Hygiene program at Carrington College and noted how knowledgeable both the doctors and the employees are here. She says she loves the fast-paced environment, the large size of the office, and how everyone is positive and acts like a team player; it really is a team-oriented environment!

In her free time she loves acrylic painting, amateur photography, and occasionally does make-up and hair for everything from proms to birthdays to weddings!

Fatima

Registered Dental Hygienist

Fatima enjoys coming into work everyday to help her co-workers and her patients. She says she loves getting a chance to work on a team that works together to provide our patients with the best in care! She loves our Core Values and how that defines how we do what we do.

During her off time Fatima usually spends time with her family doing things like going on hikes, fishing, working out, crafting, or even gardening! She says she loves the outdoors and living a healthy lifestyle!

Trista

Hygiene Team Lead

Trista is our Hygiene Team Lead and has been with Oroville Gentle Dentistry since 2013. She has an Associate in Science from San Joaquin Valley College in Visalia and an Associates degree in Dental Hygiene. She looks forward to coming into work to her work family every day and helping her patients with their dental health routine! On her days off she loves going camping with her family or just spending some time with her two kids; Jaycob and Charlotte.

Sarah H.

Clinical Director

Sarah is a registered dental assistant and has been with Oroville Gentle Dentistry since 2012.Sarah says she loves coming into work; it’s like walking into a bubble of positivity every day. She loves the genuine and kind nature of our dentists and says she wouldn’t go anywhere else. In her free time, she enjoys fishing and trail riding with her family.

RyAnn

Chief of Operations

RyAnn is our Administrative Team Lead and has been with OGD since 2016. She completed high school in Oroville and has numerous hours of continuing education in dental office administration. RyAnn loves working at Oroville Gentle Dentistry because she gets to meet new people! One of the best parts about working here to her is getting to see the before and after pictures of our patients; getting to see the joy on their face as they get to see their new smile for the first time makes her day. She loves Oroville and being a part a community that sticks out for each other. In her downtime she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, playing co-ed softball, going camping with her husband, going to church on Sundays, or even just spending some time hanging with her 3 cats! Jesus is KING!

Alicia

Front Office Team Lead

Alicia works at our front desk and has been with OGD since 2019..Alicia says she loves seeing patients leave feeling much better than they did when they came in. She makes a point of providing the best experience she can for our patients. In her downtime, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family.

Emily

Dental Assistant

Emily is one of our newest team members and has already started to make an impact.Emily says she loves how, from the start of the appointment to the end; our focus is always on the patient. We work together as a team to bring our patients quality dental care, in a professional, but friendly, environment. Outside the office Emily loves to go for a nice long hike.

Roxana

Registered Dental Hygienist

Roxana has been with Oroville Gentle Dentistry since 2017. She graduated with an Associate of Science in Dental Hygiene, and Associate of Arts in University Studies-Business Administration. She feels fortunate to be a dental hygienist because it allows her to fulfill inner happiness by making others confident about their oral health and smile. She believes that Oroville Gentle Dentistry offers the best patient care because our team is so passionate about dentistry. We respect the patient’s autonomy while still providing them with the best care. We love to make patients feel comfortable and welcomed. Roxana loves to explore nature, including hiking and traveling to different state parks. It gives her the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful scenery. She also enjoys spending time with her friends and family.

Rubi

Registered Dental Assistant

Rubi was born in Oroville, CA and raised in Gridley, CA. She is a graduate from Carrington College with a dental assistant certificate and is excited to be a part of our team of assistants. She is really motivated in learning and growing as a person.In her free time, she enjoys family, walking, exploring new places, and really enjoys nature and its beauty.

Sarah W.

Registered Dental Hygienist

Sarah is a Registered Dental Hygienist and has been with our Paradise and Oroville team since 2015. She has Dental Hygiene degree from Shasta College and a Bachelor of Science in Organization Management from Ashford University’s Forbes School of Business.Sarah believes what sets Oroville Gentle Dentistry apart from the rest is our amazing team because we provide quality care and genuinely care about our patients. On a day to day basis, there is a sense that we are working towards a vision and we make strides to make our vision a reality. When she is not practicing, she enjoys spending time with her cat, family, exercising, and sleeping.

Jake

Sterilization Technician

Jake’s been working for us here at Oroville Gentle Dentistry for well over 3 years now. He loves our team and working with the Parrotts.

For fun Jake loves going kayaking and just spending some time with the family!

Rebekah

Front Office

Originally a part of the Assist to Succeed program, Rebekah says she loves coming into work every day; it’s like a second home to her. Meeting new people from the Oroville community, having a team that she can count on, and being able to provide great service from start to finish made her stick with our office. Whether you see her at the front desk or talk to her over the phone, stop by and say hi!

In her free time Rebekah loves being outdoors and spending time with her family; if that includes volleyball, even better!

Liliana

Registered Dental Assistant

Lili’s been an awesome addition to our team for over a year now. She loves taking the time to help people with their oral hygiene, making sure they get the best treatment during their appointment from start to finish! She graduated from the Registered Dental Assistant program at Carrington College in Sacramento and is currently studying at Butte College in preparation to enter the Dental Hygiene program. Liliana loves how we take care of our patients; the focus is always on the actual patient’s well-being and them feeling comfortable in the dental chair.

Lili loves the scenery around Oroville; particularly Lake Oroville and Oroville Dam. When she has the time she loves to go and workout at the gym; workout!

Allison

Dental Assistant

Allison loves working at Oroville Gentle Dentistry because of how we care for our patients; treating everyone like family! She graduated from high school in 2019 and is currently attending Butte College in preparation to enter the Dental Hygiene program. She loves exploring all Oroville has to offer; from the scenery to the hiking trails!

During her free time Allison loves exploring, going on hikes, or spending time at the gym!

Stacy

Financial Coordinator & Insurance Specialist

Stacy is our Financial Coordinator and Insurance Specialist and has been with our team in Paradise and Oroville since 2006. She has completed numerous hours of continuing education in dental office administration and is 5-Star Certified. Stacy believes Oroville Gentle Dentistry is simply the best dental office in the area because our team is passionate about caring for the people of our community. In her downtime, she enjoys spending time with her family at her ranch, riding horses, and trying new things.

Jamie

Jamie’s been working with us here at Oroville Gentle Dentistry for over a year, flexing her experience as a dental hygienist on a day to day basis! She holds both an Associate of Arts in General Science and graduated from the Dental Hygiene Program at Diablo Valley College in 2010. She loves how efficiently and smoothly everything works in our office; having staff who take pride in their work and provide the quality of care one should expect from a dental office.

In her free time Jamie loves spending time with her family, watching movies, playing games, or losing herself in a good book!

Caitlyn

Caitlyn is one of the newest additions to our team, she graduated from the Carrignton College Dental Assistant program (DAD) and we love having her in our office! One of the best parts of working here she says is getting to see the transformation our patients go through; coming in initially being emarassed of their teeth and leaving confident and happy! During her role you’ll see her helping out the doctors who she says always go above and beyond for their patients.

When she’s not assisting Caitlyn loves organizing her house or taking the time to teach her dog a weird trick or two!

Orchid

Orchid has been with us for almost a year now and loves getting to help people on a day-to-day basis. A graduate of the Dental Assistant program at Kaplan College, she loves how our office goes above and beyond for our patients! She wants every patient to leave feeling they got much more than they were expecting during their visit (in a good way), and does what she can to help make that a reality.

During her free time she loves going on hikes on the trails around Oroville with her family, going fishing, kayaking, or just spending time with her dogs!

Jenny

Jenny is a Dental Assistant and has been with Oroville Gentle Dentistry since 2017. She has lived in Oroville her whole life and wants to stay here forever. She received an Associate of Arts from Butte College.She loves the team atmosphere at Oroville Gentle Dentistry – all for one and one for all. We work together for the greater good of the patient. Every team member is very engaged! When she is not in the office she at home with her children or shopping for clothes for them.

Lexi is a new addition to our team, starting in Spring, 2020. She grew up in the area and loves how beautiful Butte County is. She enjoys how easy it is to get to our office, not to mention how friendly and accomodating our staff and dentists are. In her downtime, she enjoys going on a hike or just spending time with her friends and family.
